Since joining the KOCH Records family in 2003, B.G. has quietly spent time away from the major label spotlight rebuilding his career after a well-documented, bitter split from Cash Money Records. After a falling out with Baby over dead Benjamins, B.G. made the most of Mannie Fresh reunion, using the hit "Move Around" to land at #6 on the Billboard 200 with 'Heart of the Streetz, vol. 2'. With the major labels back on B.G.'s heels, 2007 promises to be huge for the New Orleans native.

With a new group album (years in the making...), B.G. kickstarts his 2007 with a compilation album from his Chopper City Boyz, Hakim, Gar, Sniper and VL. Dubbed the Chopper City Boyz after their hometown, it had always been in B.G.'s plans to create a new group situation for himself after his workings in the legendary Hot Boys crew.

With the single "Make 'Em Mad" putting an exclamation point on this new project from the N.O. crew, expect to be hearing a lot more out of B.Gizzle in 2007.
