Our Price: $5.99
Description
A crisis on these mic devices, the Yardfather Sai Giddy is joined
by his mentor and confidant Just Blaze for this 3rd installment of
Sai's official mixtape series, 'Warning Shots'. The 2nd volume
touched down in October of 2009, so it's been a long time coming
for this mixtape... but that's the story with Saigon.
The year 2011 finally saw the release of his major-label-debut-turned-indepedent release, 'The Greatest Story Never Told' and after the saga and drama involved with the delay of the release, the critics spoke and anointed the album as one of 2011's best and most slept-on albums. After the delays, waits, label drama and all that, Sai weathered the storm and put out that quality NYC street music.
This official mixtape is more of the same... mean raps, quality production, a balance of street music and crossover hits, and Saigon denouncing all them rappers talking about designer socks. One thing about Sai is he's always kept it real and come with the truth, and that's never going to die... One Foot In The Grave, or not. Saigon retiring? Cutdabullshit Cutdabullshit...
